Through the Website, we provide an online platform through which you can browse the Hotels accommodations and our other Travel Services, which you can be found throughout the WebsiteThe Contents that we disclose about temporary accommodations are based on the information provided to us by B2 Hotelsand the Contents that we disclose about Travel Services are bested on suppliers, agents, partners and/or linked website partners through who we provide service, including but not necessarily limited to their representatives (collectively the “Third Party Providers”) and make reservations with such the Hotels or other Travel Services. As such the B2 Hotels or the Third Party Providers are given access to an extranet or other connective solution through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability, description, pictures, booking conditions, hotel policies and other informationabout tours, car rental service, tickets and any other useful information which are displayed on the Website.
By making a reservation through the Website, you make an offer to book an accommodation and/or other Travel Services at the price listed for such reservations and such other terms and conditions state on the Website, which shall become a binding contract (legally binding) when accepted by us, which in turn means, we will act solely as an intermediary between you and the Hotels or the Third Party Providers, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation or Products and Services provider and when the reservation has been confirmed by the Third Party Providers we will send you a confirmation email (with a voucher for prepaid accommodations and/or Travel Services) for and on behalf of the Hotels or the Third Party Providers. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our service and strive to provide the Contents the are both useful and accurate, laws, regulations, data and other information change frequently and are subject to varying interpretations. 4. PRICES AND BEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay. All prices on the Website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed excluding VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on the Website or the confirmation email. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on the Website for a specific stay at a Hotel for the same room type; however, these rates made by Hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions.
Please check the room type and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. The same room type may have different rates, depending on such restrictions and conditions.
Subject to the Note below, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged by the Company or the Affiliate(s) with which your booking is made (as applicable) for the total booking price of the services in full at the time of the booking, which includes the price displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees.
Booking prices of the Travel Services are only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued by the Third Party Providers with which your booking is made. They may change their prices without notice.
Additional terms and conditions of the Third Party Providers will apply to your reservation and purchase of Travel Services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any Third Party Providers with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the Third Party Providers 's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. Such deposit to the Third Party Providers is unrelated to any payment received by us for your Travel Services booking. You acknowledge that some Third Party Providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such provider's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable Travel Services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Note: In the event that you book accommodation (with the exception of prepaid hotel accommodation as set out below), you acknowledge and agree that all charges, taxes and other costs relating to your booking are payable by you to the accommodation provider at the time requested by the accommodation provider.

5. FREE OF CHARGE
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our services which you will be found on the Website or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate and/or other Travel Services. Also we do not charge you for credit card fee. Please read our Credit Card and Cancellation Policies for further information.
6. PREPAID HOTEL RESERVATION
For your convenience when making online reservation through the Website, we have displayed all room rates for rooms reserved on your behalf through the Company for its services.
All prices displayed on the Website are for your hotel room reservation only and for your convenience when making online reservation on your behalf through the Website. All prices displayed are exclusive of taxes on the Website; you will see the total inclusive price prior to confirming your booking on the last booking page (before the final confirmation screen). You authorize the Company to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges. For pre-paid Hotel booking through the Website, your credit card will be charge by the Company for the full price upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit on the future payment date.
Instead of making a payment via credit card, we also provide a verity of booking payment methods for your convenience such as Counter Service, 7-Eleven, ATM, Tesco Lotus, BigC, TOT (all these payment method services are only available inside Thailand), and etc.; collectively the “Payment Methods” (Please have a look of our Payment Methods for further information). When using the Payment Methods you will be received a booking confirmation via Email or SMS (where applicable). Please ensure that your payment via the selected Payment Method made within the specified time as shown in the confirmation Email or SMS. If the credit card cannot be charge or your booking on the selected payment method will not be received on such due date and time specified in the confirmation email or SMS (where applicable) for whatever reason, the booking will be cancelled unless you can ensure that the card payment can be authorized on time. Please check the reservation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or charge fee indicated in the rule and restrictions according to the Cancellation Policy for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge, tax recovery charges according to the Cancellation Policy. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than 6 PM to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
Special Needs: If you have special needs (e.g., extra bed, breakfast, airport transfer, etc.) you must leave your request through the request booking page or contact B2 Customer Service and verify that special needs can be met. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Company. Depending on the policy of the applicable Hotel, your reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special needs cannot be met. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.
7. CREDIT CARD POLICY
For prepaid hotel bookings with us through the Website by credit card, your credit card will be charge by the Company for the full price at the time of your booking.
However, in such cases we may pre-authorize your card, charge a deposit or charge the full price of the reservation up-front. Hotels may require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit card information directly to the Hotel at which your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card as well.
You agree that all information that you provide to the Company or such third party provider will be accurate, current and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
For certain rates or promotion and special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please carefully check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, you should contact your bank or card issuer immediately upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use. If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent booking was made via the Website, please contact B2 Customer Service immediately.

9. ADDITIONAL CHARGE BY HOTELS
Please note that all prices on the Website are for your Hotel room reservation only and are for the requested stay dates and for the number of people indicated, unless indicated otherwise. The Hotel room reservations rates are displayed per room and per night. Except where indicated otherwise, we will typically display the rate exclusive of tax charge on the Website. You will see the total inclusive price prior to confirming your booking on the last booking page (before the final confirmation screen). Please verify every step of your reservation on the booking form; you can discontinue the booking at any time prior to the final confirmation screen. What is included in the rate is displayed on the Website (under the Hotel information section or prior to the final booking confirmation) and/or in the confirmation email. Breakfast is typically not included unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard Hotels room reservations are for single or double occupancy, extra beds will usually incur extra charges. The Hotel may also refuse to accept additional persons if not duly informed in advance.
The practice to add additional Hotel fees is outside Company’s control and occurs in certain markets, optional incidental fees and personal consumptions are almost never included, for example, minibar charges, phone calls, room service, laundry, food & beverage, and etc.

10. CURRENCY CONVERSION
Rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience. Hotel rates provided in a currency other than the currency displayed on the Website are converted to the displayed currency at a rate determined by the Company, which may include a conversion and/or processing fee for certain currencies. The currency and amount you see displayed on the final booking page is the amount we will charge to your credit card. You may be given the option to pay in your credit card currency. Your bank may impose additional fees on the transaction, over which the Company has no control. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate daily. Please note that all charges will always be made in Thai (THB) currency (amount as displayed) and that other currency amount displayed is for reference only.
11. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND NO-SHOW POLIICY
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation, amendment and no-show, in some cases for the entire stay or the first night or handling fees, in according to our cancellation and amendment conditions. If you fail to check in to your Hotel on time on the day of your reservation and do not alert the Hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the our cancellation and amendment conditions. Regardless of the Hotel’s cancellation, amendment and no-show policy, we reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, this is indicated on the cancellation and amendment conditions.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, we do not charge a processing fee for cancellations or amendments. Any cancellations or changes must be made through the Website or contact our Customer Service and not directly with the hotel. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our Customer Service. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 08:00-18:00 (GMT+7).
We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, amendment and no-show policy and also check the Hotel details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
12. GUARANTEE POLICY
By booking the Hotels via the Website are also now backed up with our reservations guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a booking confirmation) is not available or cannot be honored when you arrive to check-in and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our Customer Service at the contact number(s) listed on your hotel booking confirmation. Our Customer Service will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel. We will cover your communication costs to our office, transfer fees and offer you a 10% discount on your reservation total amount.
Should you not accept the alternative hotel, we will refund to your account the reservation full amount plus an additional night (equivalent to the actual cost of a 1 night stay based on the original reservation, including any tax and service charges).
13. REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, please contact us at any of the following:
We are committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amountGenerally, the cancellation due date is 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel. The penalty charge is indicated on the cancellation and amendment conditions, unless specified on the confirmation email.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation and amendment conditions, cancellation requests submitted via any of the means above, prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will normally be refunded 100% of the cost of your stay returned (the company does not charge a processing fee for cancellations) within 7 days of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 7 days, and any applicable penalty charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 7 days, net of any penalty charge applicable, and if you notify us (by any of the means above) prior to shortening your stay, we can expedite the refund process. If your refund is likely to take longer than 7 days to process, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your request.
Refund is only issued in limited circumstances, if the amendment results in a refund of payment, the remaining amount of refund (after fees charge) will be only returned to I AM B2 Member Card for processing.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for :
