ABOUT I AM B2

I AM B2 Card Terms & Conditions

The following information forms the basis of participation in the I AM B2 Loyalty Reward (the “Program”). The program presents its benefits under the sole direction of GPCM Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “We”), with inclusion of companies under the Company and the Company’s administrators. The hotels participating in the Program are known as B2 Boutique & Budget chain-hotels (the B2Hotels”) listed on www.b2hotel.com and www.iamb2.com. The B2Hotels on the list may be added or deleted at the sole direction of the Company. Membership in the Program (the “Member”) is subjected to these Terms and Conditions, which supersede all previous loyalty program rules and/or conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect the Member of the Program and the Company. Your participation in this Program is subjected to these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them.

The Company understands that the Member has agreed in these Terms and Conditions which may be changeable with notification in advance as detailed in Clause 22 (A). If the Member does not accept or agree to any amendments or changes as detailed in Clause 22 (A), the Member then shall end the membership. In case the Member continues using the Program after notification was announced and the terms and conditions has been changed, it is understood that the Member has accepted those amendments or changes.

Earning of I AM B2 Reward Points and redemption of the Program are subjected to all applicable laws and regulations.

General Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Program Operator
    • The following Terms and Conditions are agreements between the Company, as an operator of the Program, and the Member.
    • The rights and obligations of the Company under the Program may be assigned or transferred by the Company to any other related or unreeled entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.
    • Program Membership is an exclusive membership privilege granted by the Company, and its benefits are offered at the sole direction of the Company.
    • Neither the Program nor any benefits offer by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by member against the Company.
    • In case of fraud or abuse involving the Program, the Company will have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including termination of the membership.
    • The Company and our Program affiliates are not responsible for:
      • loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Member application, correspondence, awards or award certificates;
      • theft or unauthorized redemption of reward points or any rewards or use of a reward caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of us or our agents;
      • any acts of omission of third parties (including participating properties); or
      • any error published in relation to the Program, including, without limitation, any pricing or typographical errors, error of description, error regarding participating properties and the Program affiliates, and errors in the creating or debiting of Reward Points from Member accounts, We reserve the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
    • These Terms and Conditions specify the obligations between the Company and the Member.
  • Definitions
    • I AM B2 means a card or any other products that the Company allows to be used with the standards and systems of the Program for payment of the Qualified Goods and Services provided by Authorized Service Providers, including other cards or any other products from other parties which comply with the standards and systems of the Program and are permitted by the Company.
    • Member means a person or an entity who lawfully holds any type of I AM B2.
    • Registration refers to an action which the Member registers any type of I AM B2 with the Company on www.iamb2.com and the Company records the Member’s name and personal information in an electronic form of the Company’s system according to the Company’s procedure on its database.
    • Registered I AM B2 means I AM B2 that has completely applied the Registration.
    • Licenses mean the license under The Royal Decree Regulating Electronics Payment Service Business, and Notification of the Ministry of Finance Business that Requires a Permit According to Section 5 of the Notification of the Revolutionary Council No. 58 (Business of Electronic Money Card), granted to authorized persons or entities to operate electronics payment service businesses.
    • Authorized Top-up Service Provider means a person or an entity authorized by the Company to collect money, whether in form of cash or Credit or Debit Cards, to add or top up electronic money on I AM B2.
    • Authorized Service Provider means any authorized Service Provider, or other authorized entity which accepts payment by the I AM B2 or offers other services upon the presentation of the I AM B2. The Authorized Service Provider is identified by the display of the I AM B2 logo or via
    • Standard I AM B2 means an I AM B2 issued for individual I AM B2 Member by the company which is divided into 3 levels such as I AM B2 Silver, I AM B2 Gold and I AM B2 Platinum.
    • I AM B2 Business refers to an I AM B2 Business Account (the “Business Account”) in which one Business Account can hold more than one I AM B2 Corporate card (the “Extra Card”).
    • Stored Value means the amount of the remaining electronic money which has been stored on the I AM B2 after the last adding value or last usage but does not include the Sales Price, issuing fee or Deposit (if applicable).
    • Reward Point refers to a collection point attained when booking a room with hotels or resorts under B2 brand and has completed the payment. Nonetheless, the Reward Point given varies with member status.
    • Adding Value means to top up the electronic money in the I AM B2 card via an authorized Top-up Service Provider before using I AM B2 at a particular place where accepts payment by the I AM B2.
    • Maintaining I AM B2 status refers to a policy of maintaining the Member’s status in which when I AM B2 has not been used for more than 2 years (730 days) after the last usage, the system will automatically deduct the remained balance or I AM B2 Reward Points in order to maintain I AM B2 status. Until the balance or points is/are empty and not any transaction occurs, I AM B2 shall be suspended.
    • Expired I AM B2 means an I AM B2 that has not used for more than 2 years (730 days) after the last usage and has insufficient Stored Value or Reward Points for the validation fee.
    • Qualified Goods and Services means the good sold and/or the services rendered by the Authorized Service Provider.
    • I AM B2 Logo means an authorized logo, word and/or any sign designated by the Company indicating the I AM B2 acceptance.
    • I AM B2 Customer Service means the unit that provide the information and/or takes any issue related to I AM B2 where the contact phone is announced in Table 1.
    • 1 Calendar Year means the one-year period that begins on January 1st – December 31st.
  • General Rules and Regulations
    • The Company, B2 hotels and partners have the right to add, change, limit, modify or cancel Program Terms and Conditions, regulations, rules for earning and redeeming Reward Points, other rewards, reward levels, redemption levels, processes, benefits, and Program affiliates at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes many affect the value of Reward Points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated reward points, or the ability to obtain rewards.
    • The Company and its partner may, among other things:
      • increase or decrease the number of reward points received for a stay or required for a reward;
      • withdraw, limit, or cancel any reward;
      • add blackout date, limit room available for any reward at any participating B2 hotels, or otherwise restrict the continuous availability of rewards;
      • change program benefits, hotel partners, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting reward points, or rules governing the use of rewards; and
      • change or cancel its partners rewards. You will be bound by any such changes.
    • The accumulation of the Reward Points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits.
    • In accumulating reward points, members may not reply upon the continued available of any reward or reward level. All Membership benefits are subject to availability.
    • Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program’s Terms and Conditions and as to the Reward Points in his or her account.
    • If participating B2 Hotels or any partners improperly denies a Member an accrual or benefit, the liability of the Company or the partner will be limited to the equivalent value of that accrual or benefits as determined solely by the Company.
    • The company makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Program.
    • All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
    • The Company endeavors to keep the information on the website www.iamb2.com current, including the links from these Terms and Conditions, but you should contact I AM B2 Customer Service for the most current information. We are not responsible for any information that has not been updated.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Thailand.
    • Membership, and the earning and redeeming of Reward Points are subject to all applicable Thai laws and regulations. Membership, Membership benefits and awards are offered in good faith, however they are not be available or are subject to change if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulations.

    • All disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and cause of action arising out of or connected with the Program’s Limitation of Liability.
    • A membership number is required when making reservations.
  • Service and Responsibilities
    • This issuance of I AM B2 obtained Licenses form the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Thailand.
    • The money that the Company, the Authorized Service Provider or the Authorized Top-up Service Provider received from Member will be stored on I AM B2. Member can use I AM B2 to purchase Qualified Goods and Services at any participation B2 Boutique & Budget Hotels if the Stored Value is equivalent to or higher than the price of Qualified Goods and Services. The amount equal to the price of such Qualified Goods and Services will be deducted from the Stored Value.
    • The Company, the Authorized Service Provider and/or I AM B2 Customer Service will perform the distribution and operation of I AM B2 in strict compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
    • I AM B2 may be issued or join promotional schemes of the Company, Authorized Service Provider or any other entities and may be subject to specific conditions related to the promotional schemes as specified by the Company, Authorized Service Provider or any other entities related to the particular promotion.
    • Members can easily register their I AM B2 via www.iamb2.com or contact I AM B2 Customer Service to register their I AM B2 following the process specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to collect a fee for the Registration.
    • Authorized Service Providers will exhibit the I AM B2 Logo. In the case that I AM B2 cannot be used with Qualified Good and Services, Member can contact the Authorized Service Provider directly.
    • The goods and service payment system of the Company is provided professionally and proper car given to ensure a high quality of service. However, the Company does not guarantee that all Authorized Service Providers can provide I AM B2 acceptance at all time as the good and service payment system service depend on the systems and operations of the service provider, network, electricity system, weather, conditions and other circumstances that may be beyond the Company’s control
    • I AM B2 can support other services of the Authorized Service Providers.
    • Authorized Service Providers will be responsible for the Qualified Goods and Services provided to the Member. The Member must accept the conditions, rules, and regulations of the Authorized Service Provider to accept such goods and services. The Company shall bear no responsibility for the particular Qualified Goods and Services and Member shall raise any issue related to Qualified Good and Services directly with the Authorized Service Provider.
    • Member can contact the I AM B2 Customer Service and the Authorized Service Provider on the days and during the office hours as detailed in Table 1.
  • Program Availability
    • The Program has no determined termination date and many continue until such time as the Company decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice.
    • If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed Reward Points shall be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no award claims shall be honored after the conclusion of any notice period.
  • Membership Card (I AM B2)
    • I AM B2 is property of the Company. The I AM B2 must be signed by Member. The privileges of membership will only be granted on presentation of a valid I AM B2 signed by Member. the Company allows to be used with the Standards and Systems of I AM B2 for payment of Qualified Goods and Services provided by Authorized Service Providers and are permitted by the Company.
  • Types of I AM B2
    • The Standard I AM B2 for individual are divided into 3 tiers.
      • I AM B2 Silver
      • I AM B2 Gold
      • I Am B2 Platinum
    • I AM B2 Corporate
      Every type of I AM B2 can be subdivided into the Standard (individual) and the Corporate, where terms of use for these particular types shall follow the Terms and Conditions of the Program. The I AM B2 Corporate may not support some services provided by the Company. The Company shall further inform the Member about such services limitations, if any. The Member must read and accept the additional conditions of particular type of such I AM B2 before usage. The Company shall bear no responsible for such conditions.
  • Earning Membership Tier
    • The Member can earn or maintain membership tier based on qualifying hotel nights or Reward Points within 1 Calendar Year period.
    • Account may not be combined to achieve tier upgrade and/or maintenance.
    • To achieve the Gold tier or the Platinum tier, the Member shall reach the following number of nights or point within 1 Calendar Year period.
      Membership Tier Silver Gold Platinum
      Qualifying Annual Nights 0-34 Nights 35-64 Nights
      Or earned 8,400 Points
      65 nights or more
      Or earned 15,600 Points
    • In case that the Member fails to reach the qualified number of nights or Reward Points earned within 1 Calendar Year, the Company reserves the right to degrade the Member‘s status based on the number of nights or points the Member attained.
    • Reward Stays do not count toward Gold and Platinum membership.
    • Hotel charges without a personal overnight stay can earn Rewards Points credit toward Gold and Platinum membership.
    • The Company and its Authorized Service Providers reserve the right to add, change, modify, limit, or cancel the program Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, rewards, reward levels, tier benefits and/or qualifications at their sold direction, anytime with or without notice. This may include increasing levels or number of points required for a reward, changing rewards or points earned, adding unlimited blackout dates, limiting rooms available for reward redemptions, changing participating hotels, eliminating any benefits or changing or cancelling our partner rewards without notice. This may result in certain rewards not being available.
  • Silver Membership
    • Silver membership can earn 10 (ten) Rewards Points for every twenty-five (25) Baht spent or equivalent of all Eligible charges incurred when booking through preferred channels and paid for by the Member at participating B2 hotels.
    • Silver membership will earn Reward Points on the total value of your purchases when you paid toward eligible charges on your hotel room bill and any Reward Points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been full paid.
    • Silver membership can earn Reward Points only on the base points collected by the Member.
    • Earning Rewards Points of Silver membership as specified in Table 2
    • The Company may require fee for member registration depending on the sloe direction of the Company.
  • Gold Membership
    • Gold membership will be awarded to I AM B2 Members with a minimum of 35 qualifying nights or if you earn at least 8,400 Rewards Points during one calendar year.
    • You must re-qualify Gold membership status every consecutive one calendar year to maintain your Gold membership status.
    • Gold membership can earn 15 (fifteen) Reward Points for every twenty five (25) Baht spent or equivalent of all Eligible charges incurred when booking through preferred channels and paid for by the Member at participating B2 hotels.
    • Gold membership can earn Reward Points only on the base points collected by the Member.
    • Earning Reward Points of Gold membership as specified in Table 2
  • Platinum Membership
    • Platinum membership will be awarded to I AM B2 Members with a minimum of 65 qualifying nights or if you earn at least 15,600 Reward Points during 1 Calendar Year.
    • You must re-qualify Platinum membership status every consecutive 1 Calendar Year to maintain your Platinum membership status.
    • Platinum membership can earn 20 (twenty) Reward Points for every twenty five (25) Baht spent or equivalent of all Eligible charges incurred when booking through preferred channels and paid for by the Member at participating B2 hotels.
    • Earning Reward Points of Gold membership as specified in Table 2.
  • Damage I AM B2 and replacement of I AM B2
    • The Company reserves the right not to replace the I AM B2 in the case that:
      • I AM B2 has been destroyed, damaged, scratched, notched, torn, broken, bent, drilled or punctured;
      • the validity of the I AM B2 is suspected;
      • the I AM B2 has been obtained improperly or illegally such as counterfeit, stolen or suspended.
    • To replace I AM B2 in circumstances other than those described in 12.(A), if the I AM B2 cannot be read within 7 days after issued to the Member and this issue is not caused by the Member, the Member can bring the I AM B2 to any B2 Hotels participating in the Program or contact I AM B2 Customer Service. After the Company performs inspection, the Company will conduct the procedures specified by the Company and will inform the Member of the result.
    • The Company reserves the right to charge 100 baht fee for issuing a new I AM B2 in circumstances other than described in 12.(B)
  • Lost/Stolen I Am B2
    • In the case that the Registered I AM B2 is lost or stolen, the Member can notify to suspend the loss of the Registered I AM B2. The notification of suspension can be made by contacting the I AM B2 Customer Service by phone or can be made by informing via iamb2.com website.
    • The temporary suspension of the Registered I AM B2 under Clause 13 (A) will be effective after 24 hours from notifying the suspension to the I AM B2 Customer Service. The Registered I AM B2 will be temporary suspended for 48 hours.
    • The permanently suspension of the Registered I AM B2 under Clause 13 (A) will be effective immediately from notifying the suspension with a Copy Report of Lost Document from a police station to the I AM B2 Customer Service.
    • After the suspension has become effective, the Company will return only the balance of the Stored Value. The Company shall not be response for the loss and damages of the Stored Value prior to the suspension are effective.
    • the Company reserves the right to charge a fee for the return of Stored Value or replacing the I AM B2 according to the conditions and procedures of the Company.
    • The Member is responsible for safeguarding their I AM B2 against loss, damage or theft and ensuring that the I AM B2 is not used by any other person.
    • The Company reserves the right to seize a suspension I AM B2 for inspection purpose.
  • Suspension of I AM B2
    • The Company may at its own discretion suspend the I AM B2 if;
      • It is suspended of being counterfeit, stolen or fraudulently issued or procured; or
      • It is suspended that the Stored Valued and the Rewarded Points of I AM B2 has been fraudulently or illegally revalued; or
      • Other cases as the Company considers appropriate.
    • The I AM B2 is lost or stolen, the Member, who legally possesses the I AM B2, may request the Company to suspend the use of only a Registered I AM B2. The suspension process and procedures shall be determined by the Company.
    • Once the suspension of I AM B2 is temporary effective, the Member will not be used such I AM B2 or refund the Stored Valued and the stored Reward Points unless the Member cancels the suspension. In case the temporary suspension has been cancelled, the company shall not be responsible for any loss and damages of Stored Valve, Reward Points and any transaction on I AM B2.
    • In the event that a suspension is effective and the Company has returned the Stored Value to the Member as said in Clause 13 (D), the Registered I AM B2 of the Member including any transaction information shall be permanently suspended. The Member is not eligible to cancel the suspension.
    • The Company hereby reserves the right to charge a fee for suspension cancellation.
  • The Intellectual Property
    The Company holds the right to manage the system, software, program, parameter and all information on every type of I AM B2. The system, software, program, parameter and information stored in a magnetic stripe on I AM B2 card shall be the intellectual property of the Company. No one can sell, distribute, transfer, reproduce, modify, communicate to public or use I AM B2 beyond general activities. The Company reserves the right to take strict and absolute legal action against the offender.
  • Correctness and Validity of I AM B2
    I AM B2 is valid only during the Validity Period. A valid I AM B2 shall have the following qualifications:
    • I AM B2 which is used by the eligible person under the condition of use of such I AM B2 (e.g., Standard I AM B2 or Corporate I AM B2);
    • which was lawfully registered by the Member;
    • which has not been internally and externally modified;
    • which was lawfully obtained by the Member; and
    • which has not expired or been seized or been withheld or been suspended.
  • The Standard I AM B2 Membership Eligibility and Fee
    • The Standard I AM B2 in the Program is available to individuals (“you”) as stated in these Program Terms
    • and Conditions.
    • The Standard I AM B2 Member must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your residence, whichever is older.
    • Entry-Level (Silver tier) of the Standard I AM B2 Membership is available to individuals over the age of majority residing in jurisdictions the legally permit participation in frequent stay programs. The Company may require fee for member registration depending on the sloe direction of the Company.
    • Companies and/or other entities cannot enroll for the Standard I AM B2.
    • The Standard I AM B2 cannot maintain membership in or earn Reward Point on multiple accounts. You may maintain only one account.
    • The Company may refuse Membership to, or terminate Membership of, any individual without giving a reason.
    • The Member will be enrolled in the Program and become a Member from the date we receive your completed application.
    • An active Member is defined as any Member having Reward Points activity (accrual or redemption) within the last 24 months.
  • I AM B2 Membership
    • Individuals are eligible for the Standard I AM B2 membership, and each individual may maintain only one account as detailed in Clause 7.
    • Companies, and/or entities are eligible for the Corporate I AM B2 membership, and each company and/or entity may maintain only one account as detailed in Clause 7.
    • The Member should not give your Membership number or password to any other person.
    • The Member are responsible for all activity in your Program account through the use of your password by another person, whether a member of your family, household, staff or otherwise.
    • After applying to the Program, the Member should first enroll in the Program by registering your I AM B2 and accept the I AM B2 Terms and Conditions. Stored Reward Points cannot be used to redeem any rewards, transfer, convert and donate if your I AM B2 has not been registered.
    • The Company shall maintain a personal preference profile for the Member, containing information provided by the Member. The Company shall use this information to expedite reservations, check-in, and check-out processes. If the Member provides credit card information, the participating B2 hotels will use it to guarantee a stay of the Member and will apply your stay charges to that credit card.
    • By using I AM B2 or your membership number to earn or redeem Reward Points, the Member agree that;
      • the Member has read, understood, and accepted the Program Terms and Conditions;
      • except to the Company processing data that is personal to the Member, and disclosing such data to third parties, in accordance with the Data Privacy Policy.
      • If you require clarification or further information, you may send an e-mail to memberservices@iamb2.com. Please note however, the Program Terms and Conditions cannot be superseded or changed except in writing from the Company.
  • Membership Cancellation
    The Company reserves the right to cancel I AM B2 membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Reward Points collected by any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program, and for reasons that include, but are not limited to;
    • violation of the Program Terms and Conditions; misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of the Program.
    • violation of any national, state or local law or regulation with the use of membership privileges;
    • failure to pay for hotel charges;
    • a check to a participating to hotel brand that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason;
    • commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of the Program Terms and Conditions;
    • more than one active account per Member;
    • physics, verbal, or written abuse of the Authorized Service Provider and/or B2 hotels and/or B2 Hotels personnel;
    • action in any other way, to the determent of the Program or any its alliances; all as may be determined by the Company in its sole direction;
    • I AM B2 that has not been used in any 24 consecutive months or 730 consecutive days after the last usage, furthermore I AM B2 do not have enough Reward Points or Stored Value for the I AM B2 Validation Fee (50 Baht or 1,670 Reward Points per month). The Company reserves the right to suspend the I AM B2, all unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred.
  • Usage
    20.1 Conditions of Usage
    The Member shall consents and agrees as follows:
    • The Member shall strictly comply with all the rules, conditions, policies, instructions, notices, and guidelines pertaining to the use of I AM B2 as announced or to be announced by the Company from time to time.
    • The Member shall not use, or allow anyone to use I AM B2 for any illegal purposes or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions of each type of I AM B2.
    • In any event, the Member shall not, or shall not consent or allow anyone to copy, duplicate, modify, alter, change, or affix I AM B2, both the physical I AM B2 itself including firmware, software, program and data recorded in magnetic stripe on the I AM B2 card. Modifying, altering, or charging of the system, firmware, software, program and data on I AM B2 is a criminal offence and the Company shall not honor transactions, or refund any Stored Value or stored Reward Points of such I AM B2. In addition, the Company has the right to recover costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the Company as a result of the Member’s copying, duplicating, altering, modifying, or changing, or allowing a third party to copy, duplicate, alter, change, or modify I AM B2.
    • The Member shall take proper care of I AM B2 to avoid damage and not to interfamily deface, damage and/or destroy I AM B2 including but not limited to scratch, notch, tear, break, cut, bend, drill or puncture.
    • The Member himself shall not or shall not allow others to affix, print, attach or place any marketing’s, stickers, objects and/or any other material onto I AM B2 (unless such markings, stickers, objects and/or any material is approved by the Company) or to otherwise alter, remove and/or change any reference numbers, words, notices, trademarks, trade names, artwork or design on I AM B2.
    • The Member shall cooperate with the officer, the police officer or the relevant authorities in recovering I AM B2 if it is suspected lost or stolen or if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect suspicious behavior.
    • In the case of doubt, the Company’s staff, its authorized representatives and the Authorized Service Provider shall have the right to confiscate and inspect I AM B2 held by the Member; including the data contained in the I AM B2.
    • The Member should not carry more than one I AM B2 together or should not carry I AM B2 together with other smartcard. If the Member does so, the Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the I AM B2 or the incorrect deduction of Stored Value or stored Reward Points. Any request for a refund of an amount that has been deducted incorrectly as a result of carrying more than one I AM B2 together or caring I AM B2 together with other smartcard will not be paid.
    20.2 Transactions
    • I AM B2 can be used as a means of payment for Qualified Goods and Services, subject always to the Program Terms and Conditions of I AM B2 and following the regulations of each Authorized Service Provider.
    • The Company and/or the Authorized Service Provider may reject the use of I AM B2 for payment for Qualified Goods and Services if that I AM B2 is invalid under condition in Clause 3 or if I AM B2 system is unable to process the payment for any reason whatsoever or if a force majeure event arises which disables or prevents the Authorized Service Provider from accepting and processing I AM B2 as a mean of payment.
    • The Member agrees that each Authorized Service Provider is responsible for deducting payment for Qualified Good and Services.
    • If I AM B2 has Stored Value but it is insufficient for payment, I AM B2 can still perform such payment if the Stored Value does not decrease below the allowed lowest negative value specified by the Company for only one transaction. However the Company has it sole right to elect and specify the type of service for which such payment is to be allowed.
    • Authorized Service Providers that accept the I AM B2 may change over time without prior notice.
    • The Company reserves the right to recall, cancel or suspend the use of the I AM B2 at all time without notice to the Member. If such I AM B2 has been legally possessed and there is no doubt about the validity of the I AM B2, the Company may return the balance of the Stored Value and stored Reward Points to the I AM B2 according to conditions and the process specified by the Company.
    20.3 Stored Value
    • Determination of the Stored Value is the responsibility of the Company and Company’s determination shall be the final judgment.
    • he Maximum Stored Value shall not at any time exceed an amount announced by the Company according to Table 2.
    20.4 Adding Value
    • In order to proceed the purchase on Qualified Goods and Services by using the I AM B2 payment system or in case the Stored Value is insufficient for the payment, the Member shall top up the Stored Value to the I AM B2 by presenting cash of other accepted payment to an Authorized Top-up Service Provider or by such other means as determined and announced by the Company from time to time. The Member shall top up the Stored Value at a minimum of 100 Baht and a maximum of 50,000 Baht each time.
    • The Authorized Service Provider cannot offer the Member a discount to add value to the I AM B2 unless it is part of an official promotion authorized by the Company. The Member should not attempt to add value if the Member has any suspicious that the Top-up Service Provider may not be properly authorized. The Company will not accept the Stored Value that is added to the I AM B2 by an unauthorized top-up service provider or through unlawful means.
    20.5 Expired I AM B2 and Validation.
    • The I AM B2 is valid only during the Validity Period. After the Validity Period, the I AM B2 shall become an Expired I AM B2. However, after I AM B2 became Expired I AM B2, the Member shall not be able to continue using I AM B2 for adding value or purchase for Qualified Goods and Services and also cannot refund the Stored Value and cannot replace a new I AM B2 or claim for further value. However the Member may contact the Company in order to renew the I AM B2. The Company reserves the right to correct a fee for renewing I AM B2 under condition in Clause 20.5 (C)
    • In the event that I AM B2 is not an Expired I AM B2 but has not been used for 24 consecutive months or 730 consecutive days after the last usage, such I AM B2 shall be invalid from proceeding payment for Qualified Goods and Services, redeem for rewards, transfer Reward Points between I AM B2, convert stored Reward Points for Money and/or convert Stored Value for Reward Points. If the Member is willing to use the I AM B2 after that, the Member shall add value on I AM B2 in order to validate such I AM B2.
    • The Member has not used I AM B2 for 24 consecutive months or 730 consecutive days after the last usage, I AM B2 system will monthly deduct the Stored Value that remain in the I AM B2 for 50 Baht or will monthly deduct stored Reward Points for 1,670 Reward Points until the Stored Value and the Reward Points decrease are empty or the Stored Value and/or stored Reward Points is insufficient for payment of the I AM B2 Validity Fee, or until the Member add value on I AM B2 or make a transaction.
    • The Company reserves the right to charge one hundred (100) baht for validation of an Expired I AM B2.
  • Refunding the Stored Value
    The Company reserves the right not to refund the Stored Value to the Member in any cases.
  • Changes in Terms and Conditions
    • The Company and its partners reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Program Terms and Conditions including the number of Reward Points issued for a qualifying room night, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, rewards and reward levels in whole or part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. The Member will be bound by any such changes.
    • Any such changes will be shown in the Program Terms and Conditions on www.iamb2.com website and it will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. A notice that a change has been made will be placed on the website for a reasonable period of time. Any changes to any printed version of the Program Terms and Conditions will be retained in the next reprinting of that printed version. The Company will attempt to notify active members of major program changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all the Members will nevertheless be bound.
    • The Member shall agree that any notification of amendments as detailed in Clause 22 (A) or changes as aforementioned shall be sufficient notice for the purpose of this paragraph. If the Member does not accept nor agree to any amendments or changes as detailed in Clause 22 (A), the Member then shall end the membership. If the Member continues using of the Program after such changes to the Program Terms and Conditions took place will means that the Member accept such changes.
    • The amendments or changes will apply to the entire Member unless the Member has cancelled the I AM B2 before the amendments or changes take effect.
    • The amendments or changes shall be effective on a date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 30 days after the date of publishing such notice.
  • Limitation of liability
    • The Company shall not be liable to any person for any action taken or neglected to be taken with respect to the Program, except for the errors in posting the Reward Points to the Member accounts.
    • The sole remedy available to you in connection with the Program (whether the Member claim is based in law or equity) shall be the crediting or re-crediting to the Member account of the Reward Points in an amount no greater than the number of the Reward Points at issue. In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for special, consequential, extraordinary or indirect losses or damages, including any lost profits.
    • The Company will attempt to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of Program changes. However, neither the Company, nor companies participating as partners in the Program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail for whatever reason.
  • Data Privacy
    Any person or association willing to join B2 Corporation shall study and agree to B2’s online data protection policy which are mentioned in the terms and conditions for accessing B2’s website under a data protection policy law of various countries. The Company is required to provide a genuine information of a membership’s benefits and privileges in order to let the Member deliberately accepts terms and conditions of the Program and agree to provides the personal information. The Member should understand that:
    • The personal data shall be processed by the Company, in its capacity of data controller, by its subsidiaries, affiliates or franchisees, including the B2 Hotels and any future countries B2 Hotels may operate in the future and by I AM B2.
    • The personal data may be transferred worldwide to any third parties with which the Company is affiliated within the scope of the Program ("I AM B2 Partner Program") or to third parties to process the Member personal data on our behalf or where required by applicable law or in the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records, guest service, advertising, marketing and communication purposes.
    • The Company may contact the Member for marketing purposes by mail, fax, telephone or email. Also, as an additional value-added benefit, the Company are offering the Member the opportunity to receive information on the Qualified Goods and Services that may be of interest or value to you by providing various companies a mailing list of the Program. If the Member no longer wish to receive commercial communications by email, the Member may at any time unsubscribe from these commercial offers by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of these emails, without this affecting your membership.
    • The Member also agrees by accepting the Program Terms and Conditions that they allow the transfer of their personal information/data to the Company, the participating B2 Hotels and the Program.
    • In order to use certain service of the I AM B2, the Member shall provide the Company with necessary information or data so as to use such service. If the Member is unable or unwilling to provide such necessary information or data, the Company reserves the right to not provide the Member with such service.
    • The Member consents, agrees, and acknowledges that all personal information and data provided to the Company and all information relating to the use of the I AM B2 may be used by the Company for:
      • processing an application or benefits in connection with the I AM B2;
      • the normal management, operation and maintenance of payment systems, including the audit of the Company;
      • designing new or improving existing services provided by the Company, the subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, business partners of the Company, including any other entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Group of Companies”) for the Member;
      • marketing of goods and/or services or benefits to the Member by the Group of Companies and/or any of the business partners of the Company. The Group of the Companies and/or any of the business partners may need to carry out matching procedures to enable the Company to better understand the characteristics of the Member and to provide other goods and/or services better tailored to the Member’s needs, to assist the Company in selecting goods and/or services that are likely to be of interest to the Member and to establish whether the Member already has a relationship with the selected business partners;
      • communication by the Company to the Member;
      • investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions and research for service improvement;
      • prevention or detection of crime;
      • disclosure as required by law;
      • as a source of information and data for transport and other services in general; and
      • other related purposes as the Company considers appropriate.
    • Information or data held by the Company relating to the Member will be kept confidential by the Company, but the Member agrees that the Company may transfer or disclose such information to the following parties (whether within or outside Thailand):
      • any relevant Authorized Service Provider or promotion provider or person who provides benefits to the Member under a duty of confidentiality to the Company;
      • to satisfy a lawful order by a competent court of law, a relevant regulatory body or officer, or police officer;
      • any agent, contractor or third party service provider under a duty of confidentiality to the Company who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer system, payment, data processing or other services to the Company in connection with the operation of our business (such as credit audit agencies);
      • any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Company including the Group of Companies and/or the business partners; and
      • any person to whom the Group of Companies, and/or the business partners, is under a binding obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, rule and regulation, including those of countries outside of Thailand for data transferred to those countries, but such disclosure will only be made under proper authority.
  • Right to Access Data
    • The Member is able to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted sections of the www.iamb2.com website;
    • check whether the Company holds information or data of the Member and to have access to that data;
    • request in writing that the Company correct any inaccurate information or data relating to the Member;
    • the Company will maintain a personal preference profile for the Member, containing information provided by the Member.
    • the Company will use this information to expedite reservations, check-in, and check-out processes.
    • the content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to the Company, and is provided to the Member for their personal use only.
    • the Company reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on behalf of the Member by third parties where the Company determine that such use interferes with the site's operation of I AM B2 or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.

  • Address Changes
    Each Member is responsible for advising the Company of any address changes. The Company shall have no responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.
  • Taxes:
    Membership benefits and rewards may be subject to income or other taxes.
    • The recipient is responsible for paying all such taxes and for making all applicable disclosures to third parties, including the party who paid for the transaction from which the Member earned Reward Points.
    • The Company will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with the issuance of the Member benefits or rewards.
  • Program Violations
    Program violations, fraud or abuse in relation to point credit or reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and by the Company, including, without limitation, the forfeiture of all point transfers, rewards, or Award Nights issued pursuant to Reward Points redemptions and any accrued Reward Points in the Member’s account, as well as cancellation of the account and the Member’s future participation in the Program.
  • Reward Points
    • The accumulation of the Reward Points is subject to the I AM B2 Program Terms and Conditions.
    • Each member is responsible for reading the I AM B2 Program Terms and Conditions, newsletters, and account e-statements in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Program.
    • To earn the Reward Points for hotel stays, a Member must be a registered, paying guest at a participating B2 hotel and meet all of the conditions described in the Program Terms and Conditions, including providing a valid membership number at the time of booking.
    • The Reward Points have no cash value and the Company will not pay Member cash for any forfeited or unused points.
    • Accrued Reward Points can be redeemed for rewards or transferred between I AM B2 cards or converted for electronic money on I AM B2. Only registered member can manage your account through www.iamb2.com website or download I AM B2 Request Form and send it by email to: memberservices@iamb2.com under the conditions of the Company.
    • Any accrued Reward Points, Award Nights or benefits only for the Member which the Company deems to have been sold, bartered or assigned in violation of the Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or cancelled.
    • The Company and/or our Program affiliates may refuse to honor or recognize any Reward Points, Award Nights, rewards or Membership benefits which the Company or they conclude have been sold or bartered or assigned in violation of the Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or cancelled.
    • Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued Reward Points nor Award Nights are sold or bartered in the event of death, divorce, as part of a domestic relations matter, inheritance or otherwise by operation of law.
    • I AM B2 Reward Points can be earned only at participating B2 hotels, Authorized Service Provider and other partners. Participating B2 hotels, Authorized Service Providers and other partners are subject to change at any time, without notice. Please visit www.iamb2.com website for a list of all participating B2 hotels, Authorized Service Providers and other partners. Additions and deletions to the list of participating B2 hotels, Authorized Service Providers and other partners will be announced from time to time.
    • If a B2 hotel, Authorized Service Provider and/or other partner is no longer participated to the Program, all expenses from buying Qualified Goods and Services subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn the Reward Points regardless of when the reservation was made.
    • The awarding of I AM B2 Reward Points and the redemption of I AM B2 rewards are void where prohibited by law. The Member earn Reward Points for room nights and other spending such as food and beverages and other hotel services such as laundry beginning with the date of your enrolment in the Program. No other services accrue Reward Points unless mentioned. Reward Points will not be earned prior to the date of your enrolment as shown in B2 hotels and Authorized Service Providers records.
    • Members can collect Reward Points on all eligible charges as detailed in Table 2. The Reward Points are rewired to the Member name whose I AM B2 appears on the date of check-in and check-out and your Reward Points can only be earned at participating B2 Hotels or at Authorized Service Provider only.
    • Any Reward Points offered in conjunction will be considered earned when the expenses on Qualified Goods and Services has been fully paid and when book through preferred channels. (see details in Table 2)
    • The Reward Points are awarded for fractions of a Thai Baht spent.
    • Members will earn Reward Points on the total value of you purchases charged to your room in participating B2 Hotels. The Company reserves the right to exclude any items from point earning according to local or country laws.
    • Members will earn Reward Points on the total value of you purchases when the Member not staying in participating B2 Hotels and consuming other services that may include food and beverages, or any other hotel services. The Company reserves the right to exclude any items from point earning according to local or country laws.
    • Double points will be earned for eligible rates when booked directly through www.iamb2.com website and when the Member staying during the prior of your Birthday, Anniversary months and on the preferred dates according the exclusive of any promotional or other type of bonus after the Member pay the bill in full.
    • Only one I AM B2 account can receive Reward Points for hotel rooms per a booking.
    • A Person (or guest staying at the participating B2 Hotels) must first enroll in the Program to first become a member, accept the Program Terms and Conditions before earning Reward Points in the Program. Reward Points cannot be earned or claimed retrospectively (after checking out) if guest has not enrolled to be a member and accepted the Program Terms and Conditions prior to checkout.
  • Limits on Points
    Points are not issued at the following reduced room rates (non-qualifying room rate): net wholesale individual and group rates, certain package rates, employee discount rates, friends and family rates, special discounted contact rates, reasonable worker rates, travel industry discount rates, distressed passenger rates, I AM B2 Reward Nights, hotel reward rates, complimentary hotel stays and any other rates not defined as qualifying room rate. Except as expressly set out otherwise in the Program Terms and Conditions, the Reward Points are reward for fractions of a Thai baht spent on the Qualified Goods and Services only, the Reward Points are not reward for fractions of a Thai baht spent on tax, VAT, GST, or service charges. Charges must be billed to the Member room for room charges, food and beverages, limousine, minibars, and laundry. Dinning and use of the Qualified Services can accrue Reward Points without staying at the participating B2 Hotels. No Points can be earned for Mice, Banquets, Weddings or other events.
    • No other charges unless mentioned will accrue the Reward Points. You must have stayed in the room or spent on Qualified Goods and Services and paid it in full to receive the Reward Points.
    • Double points will be earned for eligible rates when booked directly through www.iamb2.com website and when the Member staying during the prior of your Birthday or Anniversary months, and also on the preferred dates according the Program’s special promotions. The Member must paid your bill in full to receive the Reward Points.
    • In each stay, the Member can collect the Reward Points on all eligible charges provided those rooms are used in conjunction with your stay at the same hotel, and your I AM B2 number is recorded on each reservation, or the charges from multiple room reservations are referred to on the hotel room bill associated with your reservation. However, the Member must paid your bill in full to receive the Reward Points.
    • Reward Points and/or qualifying night credits are not awarded for no-shows even if the room is paid in full. The Member must present your I AM B2 each time on the arrival date to receive the Reward Points. The Reward Points will not be issued if your room is paid for by a trade group, association, group booking or company as part of a convention or MICE booking. Bookers do not receive the Reward Points in the Program.
    • The Reward Points are not awarded at the following Reward Nights, complimentary room nights, Complimentary Gift Voucher issued by the Company, B2 Hotels and Authorized Service Providers.
    • The Reward Points and/or qualifying night credits are not awarded for Corporate I AM B2.
  • Points have no Value
    • The Reward Points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
    • The Reward Points have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.
    • The Reward Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value.
    • Members have no ownership interest in accrued Reward Points and accrued Reward Points do not consitute property of the Members.
    • Use of the word “earn” in marketing materials in relation to I AM B2 shall mean “collect” and shall not infer that the Reward Points have any value until they are presented for redemption.
    • The Reward Points cannot be purchased or sold except as otherwise stated herein.
  • Points for Stays
    • A Stay is defined as one night or total consecutive nights spent at the same participating hotel, regardless of frequency of check-in/check-out.
    • At all participating B2 hotels worldwide, you will receive the Reward Points for each 25 Baht as detailed in the Table 2. - Exclusive of any promotional or other type of bonus - paid toward Eligible Charges on your individual hotel room bill. Eligible Charges will vary by hotel and may be listed on www.iamb2.com.
    • Paid” shall mean “receipt of good funds”.
    • Accordingly, if the Member stop payment on a check, if a check bounces, or if the Member dispute a credit card bill, the Member have not “paid” and the Member will not earn the Reward Points on that transaction.
    • A Member may earn the Reward Points for more than one room per stay, if all eligible charges for each room are paid on one I AM B2 account. Reward Points will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on such rooms. Any bonus points issued on base points, including tier bonuses, depending on Member tier and bonus points from qualifying promotions will apply to the total base point credit earned for each room.
    • The Reward Points awarded for stays at participating B2 hotels outside Thailand will be based on local currency converted to Thai Baht. Local currency will be converted into Thai Baht, using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined by the Company's sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods but may vary from currency conversion rates used by credit card companies.
    • The Reward Points may not be earned when redeeming an reward, awards of travel partners or other promotional offerings using discount or Award Nights, unless otherwise stated on the Award Night terms and conditions.
    • When redeeming a reward, the Member may earn points for incidental charges for the stay at participating B2 hotels, which may vary by hotel.
    • Any Reward Points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been fully paid.
    • Reward Points will not be available for redemption before the stay has been paid and the points have been reported to the Member.
    • The Company reserves the right to deduct any Reward Points credited to an I AM B2 account in error without notice. If refunds are made to the Member in respect of the Qualified Goods or Services for which the Member received Reward Points, the Company will adjust the number of Reward Points awarded.
    • No other person except the Member may earn the Reward Points for his/her account.
    • Reward Points for a stay will only be awarded to one I AM B2 regardless of the number of members occupying a room.
    • Limits on Reward Points of the Program (“Booked Directly through the B2 Hotels”) You will earn double points for eligible rates when booked directly through B2 hotels central reservation offices, www.b2hotel.com website, I AM B2 Customer Service, www.iamb2.com website or directly at participating B2 hotels shall means the Member booked directly through the B2 Hotels. However, Reward Points will be awarded for rooms booked through a pre-paid third party channel participating in the Program. The Reward Points will be determined by the Company's sole discretion, but may vary by booking channels, and any Reward Points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been full paid.
  • Eligible Stay
    • An “Eligible Stay” is one or more consecutive nights at the same participating B2 Hotels, whether or not you checked-out and checked back in, during which you paid an Eligible Rate and presented your I AM B2 at registration.
    • An "Eligible Night" is each night during an Eligible Stay.
    • All stays and nights are deemed to occur on the date of check-out.
    • Stays in which the Member used a Award Night, do not count as “Eligible Stays” as you did not pay an Eligible Rate.
    • The Member must present your I AM B2 at reception on the arrival date each time to receive the Reward Points.
    • Eligible Rates include the following room rates paid for hotel room nights: non-discounted room rate, standard corporate rate, worldwide sales negotiated rate, national/regional/local government rate and specified leisure rates. Eligible rates vary by hotel. Please refer to the www.iamb2.com website for all eligible and non-eligible rates and charges.
    • Eligible Rates include the following room rates paid for hotel room nights: non-discounted room rate, standard corporate rate, worldwide sales negotiated rate, national/regional/local government rate and specified leisure rates. Eligible rates vary by hotel. Please refer to the www.iamb2.com website for all eligible and non-eligible rates and charges.
    • Double Reward Points will be awarded for rooms booked through B2 hotels central reservation offices, www.B2HOTEL.com website, I AM B2 Customer Service, www.iamb2.com website, or directly at participating B2 hotels, The Member must present I AM B2 at reception on the arrival date each time to receive the Reward Points.
    • Reward Points or stay credit or credit toward tier will also be awarded for rooms booked through pre-paid third party websites participating in the Program in which you pay for that booking directly to such third party, such as tour pre-paid channels, including, but not limited to, Agoda.com, Booking.com, Latestay.com, and etc., irrespective of rate paid, for the purpose of earning points or stay credit toward all I AM B2 Standard members for booking through any booking channels. The Reward Points will be determined by the Company's sole discretion, but may vary by a third party, and any Reward Points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been full paid. The Member must present I AM B2 at reception on the arrival date each time to receive the Reward Points. Details of earning Reward Points are announced in Table 2.
    • No Reward Points or stay credit or credit toward tier status will be awarded for:
    • Wholesale/tour operator packages and group rate, room rates that are master billed or paid at tour operator rates, wholesaler rates, including WFNR, travel industry staff rates, TAED rates, and crew room rates, contracted airline crew rates, room rates for group commercial or group leisure bookings (where rooms are booked as part of a conference or organized tour or where the bookings for five or more rooms are linked), complimentary rooms (including, but not limited to, any Award Nights earned through the program or otherwise), travel industry rates (including but not limited to travel agent discount rates), distressed passenger rate, complimentary or barter rooms, employee discount rate, contracted Entertainment or Encore rates and stays using airline percent-off award certificates.
    • For rooms booked through pre-paid third party websites participating in the Program that do not mentioned in Clause 33 (G) and (H), do not count as “Eligible Stays”. Third party booking channels participating to the Program will be determined by the Company's sole discretion.
    • No point or stay credit or credit toward tier will be awarded for "no show" situations when a member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's "no show" policy.
    • Reward Points are not awarded for spending on tax, VAT, GST, service charges, gratuities or hotel incidentals. Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, including city occupancy tax, will be omitted for purposes of Reward Point accrual for hotel stays.
    • Charges not billed to your room, fees paid such as parking, business center, green fees, gift shop/retail store purchases, meeting charges, special room rate and promotion will not be eligible for I AM B2 Reward Points. Selected participating hotels may omit, for purposes of Reward Point accrual, incidental charges or charges to the Member's room for non-affiliated hotel entities which are not owned and/or operated by the Company and/or the B2 Hotels including, but not limited to, food and beverage outlets, gift shop, drugstore, clothes, gallery or specialty stores, and recreational or entertainment concessions.
    • Taxes, gratuities, service charges and other applicable charges, such as energy charges, and resort fees are not eligible for Reward Points.
    • Member whose individual hotel bill is billed directly to a company and the Member is responsible for authorization for settlement at check-out is eligible for the Reward Points. However, group master-billing arrangements where charges for multiple rooms are placed on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual are not eligible. Incidental charges (those charged to a Member's room) paid for directly by the Member at check-out may be eligible for Reward Point credit. Incidental charges billed to a master bill are not eligible for Reward Point credit.
    • You may earn Reward Points for Eligible Charges paid by you during your stay even if the room charge was not an Eligible Charge. However, if the room charges are not Eligible Charges, the stay will not count as an Eligible Stay or Eligible Night towards all levels of I AM B2Membership or for threshold bonuses and promotions.
  • No Guarantee Merchandise.
    The Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, B2 Hotels, franchisees and partners make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise or products or services of partners, and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation, any legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.
  • Currency Conversion
    • Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only.
    • Room rates are guaranteed only in hotel's local currency.
    • Currency quotes are updated once a week only.
    • The currency information supplied by the www.B2HOTEL.com website is believed to be accurate, but the Company and/or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.
  • I AM B2 Amenities
    • A number of services and benefits ('Amenities') are available to the Member.
    • These amenities are offered solely at the discretion of the Company, and the individual participating B2 hotels, and may change from time to time.
    • Not all amenities or services are provided by all participating B2 hotels.
    • Should a Member be improperly denied an amenity by a participating B2 hotel, liability will be limited to the equivalent value of that amenity as determined solely by the Company.
    • Gold Tier Amenities may include:
      • Complimentary Weekday Newspaper: Delivered to the Member's guestroom door or available at reception on weekdays.
      • Early check-in (11:00 a.m.): Must be requested in advance and is based on availability.
      • Late check-out (16:00 p.m.): Must be requested in advance and is based on availability.
      • Complimentary access to Health Club or Fitness Centre: Based on availability and if operated by the Company and/or participating B2 hotels.
    • Platinum Tier Amenities may include:
      • All Gold Tier Amenities.
      • No blackout dates: Based on availability.
      • Priority reservations: Platinum tier members will receive priority reservations.
      • Special welcome amenity (specific items): when stay during the period of your Birthday, Anniversary months. Amenities vary by hotel.
      • Complimentary Continental Breakfast: During your stay based on available services at the B2 Hotel you stay.
      • Upgrade to next best room category at no charge: Based on availability. If the reserved room type is not available at check-in, or in the event. Except the Presidential Suite room type.
      • 24-hour Guaranteed Availability: Guaranteed reservations availability at all participating B2 hotels when reservations are made, one day (24 hours) prior to intended arrival, except during special events that result in extraordinary room demand, as determined solely by the hotel. Guarantee applies to only one room occupied by the Platinum member and to reservations made with a valid credit card. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to rates - if a rate for which you are normally eligible is not available, your reservation will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate for the accommodations requested. The member will not be charged more than the prevailing rate for the accommodation requested, and the member is not entitled to a rate less than the prevailing rate. Please also note that in some instances, the guarantee may be subject to booking conditions such as length of stay requirements. In the event the Member does not arrive as scheduled, or does not call to cancel and obtain a cancellation number, the credit card will be billed for one night's room and tax. A Reservation Guarantee applies to reservations made through B2Hotel.com website or with the hotel directly, and does not apply during publicly recognized events which result in extraordinary room demand as determined solely by the hotel, such as during major sporting events, New Year's Eve, etc.
      • Priority reservations for your requested type of room (subject to availability at participating locations). To be eligible, your I AM B2 number and a valid credit card number must be part of your reservation.
  • Account Activity Statement:
    Activity statements are available via email. Members can also access this information by logging into their accounts online at www.iamb2.com website.
  • Point Adjustments
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your Reward Points are properly credited to your account.
    • If you believe your account activity statement is inaccurate, please contact I AM B2 Customer Service.
    • Please be prepared to mail or fax or email a legible copy of the Member's hotel folio (paid hotel receipt) to the I AM B2 Customer Service.
    • Failure to supply the adequate and unaltered documentation may result in denial of such Reward Points credit.
    • For the Member's protection, all hotel travel documentation should be retained by the Member until the Reward Point credit has appeared on his or her account.
    • The Reward Points listed in your I AM B2 account are subject to change to reflect actual stay information, any adjustments and Program changes.
    • Allow approximately 7 business days for the stay to be credited to your I AM B2 account.
    • Requests to add or modify your Reward Points earned according to your stays must be received within 30 days of the stay.
  • Reward Redemption
    • Member can redeem your I AM B2 Reward Points for rewards at www.iamb2.com website.
    • Rewards shown online may be redeemed while they remain available.
    • Member will receive an email confirmation, and your hotel reward Award Night will be available upon check-in at your hotel.
    • No paper certificate is required at the time of check-in.
    • Member must present your I AM B2 and a hotel booking confirmation at hotel reception when checking in.
    • In order to qualify for a Reward, the Member must have sufficient Reward Points in his or her account to redeem the Reward from the current Reward chart.
    • When a Reward is requested, the corresponding number of Reward Points for that Reward level will be deducted from the Member's account.
    • The reward may be issued to the Member, any person in the Member's family, or to any other I AM B2 member. Once issued, rewards are not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the reward. If a person other than the individual named on the reward documentation attempts to redeem the reward, the reward will be deemed void and accommodations will be denied.
    • Rewards may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered or purchased except with the express written consent of the Company. Any Rewards obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and will be deemed void if transferred for cash or other consideration.
    • Altered Reward Confirmations are void and will not be honored.
    • Rewards will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
    • Reward usage is subject to capacity controls, which limit the availability of rooms. Additionally, usage of Rewards may also be limited during certain times of the year. Additional blackout Dates may be imposed with or without notice.
    • It is solely the responsibility of the Member to be informed about the Program and to request the specific Rewards online.
    • Rewards may not be combined with other certificates, discounts, packages or promotional offers unless otherwise specified by the Company.
    • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit.
    • Rewards are not exchangeable.
    • Reward Points which have been deducted from the Member's account will not be re-deposited.
    • Promotional Rewards involving no point deduction will not be extended beyond the validity date, exchanged or re-deposited for points or future use into Member's account.
    • Rewards are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    • I AM B2 Rewards may be substituted by the Company at any time without notice with an equivalent Reward.
    • Determination of Reward equivalency is at the sole discretion of the Company.
    • The Company is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, transportation or other services our partners provide or fail to provide.
    • Members residing in countries where redemption of points for I AM B2 rewards, partner rewards or reward redemption is prohibited or restricted are not eligible for such rewards.
    • If a property ceases to be a Participating B2 hotel, after the Member make a reservation but before your stay, the Company will use reasonable efforts to have the hotel honor the reservation or arrange equivalent accommodations nearby, however, the Company cannot guarantee that any I AM B2 Award Night or upgrades will be honored.
    • Member will not earn I AM B2 Reward Points, and special offers will no longer be valid, after the date on which the property leaves the system or terminates participation, even if your reservation was made prior to that date.
    • The Company, participating B2 hotels, our Program affiliates and any of our respective subsidiary and/or affiliated companies, and our respective officers, directors, and employees, in arranging and/or providing hotel accommodations or other services such as tickets, or merchandise through certificates or otherwise, do so on the express condition and agreement that none of us are or will be liable for any loss or injury, including death, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising out of, relating to, or resulting from, strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, accidents, government restrictions or regulations, or from any act or omission of third-parties, including any individual firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing or other service or goods whether or not advertised, nor for any additional costs or expenses due to disruption or change of schedules, rates, accommodations, or services or for any other cause beyond their direct control.
    • All costs, rates, tariffs and other charges and program features are subject to adjustment at any time without prior notice, and provisions of the hotel accommodations and other services are subject to availability.
    • Performance is also subject to applicable laws, orders, or regulations of any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction and the right is reserved to withdraw I AM B2 Rewards should conditions warrant, as well as to refuse to provide accommodations to any person in accordance with applicable laws.
  • I AM B2 Award Nights
    • In addition to each hotel's specific terms and conditions, and I AM B2’s reward redemption rules and the Program Terms and Conditions, the following are terms and procedures for redeeming I AM B2 Award Nights. An “Award Night” is a one-night stay at a participating B2 hotel redeemed through accumulated program points.
    • To use your Reward Points for a hotel stay at a participating B2 hotel, please make your reservation online at B2HOTEL.com website.
    • Members must be logged in I AM B2 Member Website for redeeming an I AM B2 Award Night online.
    • Advanced reservations are required prior to I am B2 Reward Redemption stay. Award Nights reservations require at least 72 hours in advance of your stay.
    • Members will receive an email confirmation of the reward booking. The Company recommends taking a copy of the confirmation with you, when you check-in at the hotel.
    • The hotel where Member reserved for the Award Night will also receive an email and/or electronic transmission of your confirmation of your reward booking.
    • Member will be responsible for all expenses incurred during your stay.
    • Online Award Night reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
    • Online Award Night reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Without a credit card, the Company requires a deposit in lieu of a credit card guarantee in full amount of a total night’s stay.
    • I AM B2 Award Night reservations cannot be cancelled and modified. Reward Points which have been deducted from the Member's account will not be re-deposited in any cases.
    • An Award Night cannot be redeemed for cash, prized or credit.
    • An Award Night is not exchangeable.
    • Accommodations are subject to capacity controls, which may limit the availability of rooms offered at specific participating hotels or during specific times of the year.
    • Additional blackout Dates may be imposed without notice.
    • For the purposes of I AM B2 Reward redemption, a weekend night is defined as either Friday or Saturday night, unless specified otherwise on the Reward Confirmation.
    • Award Night reservations may be booked for multiple hotel rooms on the same stay date at the same property provided the member’s I AM B2 membership number is recorded on each reservation and the required points are redeemed for each room.
    • I AM B2 Award Nights are valid only in conjunction with individual travel and are not applicable to group travel, package tours, conventions or other special rates and/or package programs.
    • Rooms are limited, subject to prior sale and availability of allocated resources and may be unavailable during high demand periods.
    • I AM B2 Award Nights are valid only for the expense of the guest room, unless otherwise indicated.
    • I AM B2 Award Night rooms do not include food and beverages, gratuities, incidentals, or service charges. These charges are to be paid directly to the hotel prior to check-out.
    • Transportation costs to and from the hotel are not included.
    • Any tax liability incurred in connection with the receipt and/or use of I AM B2 Rewards, including, but not limited to, local or city occupancy taxes, or individual income tax is the sole responsibility of the user.
    • Incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest.
    • Reward Points required for hotel rewards vary for hotels and dates and are based on availability and advanced reservations.
    • I AM B2 Reward Points values for any hotel or destination may change at any time.
    • I AM B2 Reward Points have no value until presented for redemption by the member.
    • Failure to comply with this procedure may result in cancellation of reservations, denial of accommodations or payment of published retail rate.
    • No credit or substitutions will be given for any rewards that are only partially used.
    • I AM B2 Rewards are not commissionable to travel agents.
    • Participating hotels may be added or deleted from any brand or destination category at any time. The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Award Nights program at any time without notice.
  • Partners
    • The Company may in the future or from time to time include Reward options from suppliers who operate their own partner program to I AM B2 Members through membership communications. Partners supplying offers to Members, from time to time, are independent contractors. Nothing in any other materials related to the Program is intended or shall be construed as establishing any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between the Company and partners, including without limitation the use of the word "Partner". The Company, I AM B2 Loyalty Program, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and agents are not responsible or liable for the conduct of partners and/or their program or services, including, without limitation any changes or discontinuances of service by partners or other independent businesses that may affect the program rewards, the collection of I AM B2 Reward Points, or the delivery of products or services offered by them.
    • The Company, I Am B2 Loyalty Program, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations and assume no liability for the terms and conditions or the conduct of a partner or other vendor's frequency program and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation attorneys' or other legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise as a result of your participation in a partner program.
    • The Company is only responsible for the provision of all and any rewards within the I AM B2 Loyalty Program only. Points earned in third party programs, The Company has no responsibility as to how points are awarded.
  • Reward Cancellations
    • I AM B2 Rewards or Award Night reservations cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged.
    • The Reward Points which have been redeemed for I AM B2 Rewards or Award Night reservation will NOT be re-deposited into the Member's account.
  • I AM B2’s Reward Points Transfer Program
    I AM B2 Members may transfer Reward Points into another I AM B2 Member's account, subject to the conditions specified below.
    • Point transfers are available in increments of 1000 points. The minimum transfer is 1000 points. Maximum transfer is 100,000 points.
    • There is no charge for transferring points.
    • All Reward Points transfer requests must be made online via only www.iamb2.com.
    • In case of Members requires I AM B2 Customer Service Officers to transfer Points for them, an "I AM B2 Request Form” must be completed and submitted in order to transfer the required number of points. By submitting the online, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with I AM B2’s Reward Point Transfer Terms and Conditions.
    • Once the authorization for transfer is received and processed, the transferor relinquishes all rights to the transferred points.
    • No cancellations or refunds are permitted.
    • Members cannot transfer points to upgrade or maintain tier.
    • The transfer and use of these I AM B2 Reward Points are subject to the rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions of the Program, which are published from time-to-time and which are subject to change without notice.
    • The sale, barter, gift or assignment of I AM B2 Reward Points, Rewards or other benefits, other than by the Company, is expressly prohibited.
    • Any improper usage of I AM B2 Reward Points pursuant to this Terms and Conditions and I AM B2 Reward Point Transfer Program, or any other misuse of points, shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeit of such points, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all points in the Member's account and the Member's ejection from the Program.
    • To be eligible to transfer I AM B2 Reward Points, members must have accrued one (1) qualifying Stay earning I AM B2 Reward Points in the past 12 months.
    • Only I AM B2 Reward Points earned from eligible Stays (including any bonus points earned in conjunction with these stays) can be transferred. Enrollment points or points earned with partner promotions cannot be transferred.
    • Other than as stated above, no transfer of points may occur.
  • I AM B2 Stored Value Transfer Program
    I AM B2 Members may transfer Stored Value into another I AM B2 Member's account, subject to the conditions specified below.
    • Stored Value can be transferred to the exact “Stang” (0.01 Bath). The maximum transfer is 50,000 Baht.
    • There is no charge for transferring Stored Value.
    • All Stored Value can be transferred by Member online via only www.iamb2.com.
    • In case of Members requires I AM B2 Customer Service Officers to transfer Stored Value for them an "I AM B2 Request Form” must be completed and submitted in order to transfer the required amount of Stored Value. By submitting the Form online, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with I AM B2’s Stored Value Transfer Terms and Conditions then send the Form to I AM B2 Customer Service via the email customerservice@iamb2.com, or via fax number 053-306319.
    • Once the authorization for transfer is received and processed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
    • The transfer and use of Stored Value are subject to the rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions of the Program, which are published from time-to-time and which are subject to change without notice.

  • I AM B2 Stored Value Convert Program
    I AM B2 Members may Convert Stored Value for I AM B2 Reward Points, subject to the conditions specified below.
    • Converting Stored Value for I AM B2 Reward Points is available in increments of thirty (30) baht for one thousand (1,000) I AM B2 Points.
    • Stored Value Converts are available in increments of thirty (30) baht. The minimum convert per transaction is thirty (30) baht and the maximum transfer per transaction is three thousand (3,000) baht.
    • No transaction fee will be taken from converting Stored Value for Reward Points.
    • Members can convert your Stored Value online via only www.iamb2.com. In case of Members requires I AM B2 Customer Service Officers to convert Stored Value for Member, an "I AM B2 Request Form” must be completed and submitted in order to convert the required amount of Stored Value. By submitting the Form online, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with I AM B2’s Stored Value Transfer Terms and Conditions then send the Form to I AM B2 Customer Service via the email customerservice@iamb2.com, or via fax number 053-306319.
    • Converting Stored Value for I AM B2 Reward Points is subject to the rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions of the Program, which are published from time-to-time and which are subject to change without notice.
    • To convert the Stored Value accumulated in your account as I AM B2 Reward Points must be done within the Member's account only.
    • To be eligible to convert Stored Value for I AM B2 Reward Points, the balance on Member’s account must not less than the amount to be transferred.
    • Other than as stated above, no convert of Stored Value may occur.
  • I AM B2 Reward Points Convert Program
    I AM B2 Members may Convert I AM B2 Reward Points for Stored Value, subject to the conditions specified below.
    • Converting I AM B2 Reward Points for Stored Value is available in increments of one thousand (1,000) Reward Points I AM B2 Points for Stored Value of thirty (30) baht.

In case of Members requires I AM B2 Customer Service Officers to convert I AM B2 Reward Points for Member, an "I AM B2 Request Form” must be completed and submitted in order to convert the required amount of Reward Points. By submitting the Form online, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with I AM B2’s Reward Points Convert Terms and Conditions then send the Form to I AM B2 Customer Service via the email customerservice@iamb2.com, or via fax number 053-306319.
    • Converting I AM B2 Reward Points for Stored Value are subject to the rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions of the Program, which are published from time-to-time and which are subject to change without notice.
    • To convert I AM B2 Reward Points accumulated in your account as Stored Value must be done within the Member's account only.
    • To be eligible to convert I AM B2 Reward Points for Stored Value, the balance on Member’s account must not less than the amount to be transferred.
    • Other than as stated above, no convert of I AM B2 Reward Points may occur.
  • Point Purchase
    Member can purchase Reward Points to be credited to Member’s account. Additional information about Reward Point purchase is available on www.iamb2.com under “purchase points”. Reward Points that are purchased do not count to towards your membership status.
  • I AM B2 Corporate
    • I AM B2 Corporate is a corporate account with I AM B2 Corporate card(s) issue to another company or organization.
    • I AM B2 Corporate account may be combined with other selected promotions or offers which subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion and at the sloe direction of the Company.
    • I AM B2 Corporate account will be valid within 2 years or 730 days after the last usage.
    • The I Am B2 Corporate will be considered as an active account if any of corporate cards under the same account has been used within 2 years or 730 days after the last usage.
    • In the case that the I AM B2 corporate account has not been used within 24 consecutive months or 730 consecutive days after the last usage, I AM B2 system will monthly deduct the Stored Value that remain in the corporate account for 50 Baht or until the Stored Value decrease to Zero (0) or is insufficient for payment of the I AM B2 Validity Fee, or until the Corporate Member make a transaction.
    • I the case that one of the corporate member cards is lost or stolen, the corporate member can notify to suspend the loss of the corporate card. The notification of suspension can be made by contacting the I AM B2 Customer Service by phone or can be made by informing via iamb2.com website.
    • Corporate card holders cannot Top up, transfer or withdraw Stored Value between corporate cards.
    • Only the authorized corporate person who has the corporate username and password can top up / transfer and withdraw Stored Value of its corporate cards. All transactions can be done under your corporate account through www.iamb2.com. Or I AM B2 Customer Service Officer.
    • I AM B2 Corporate may not eligible to earn Reward Points, Reward Nights, Purchase Points or upgrade Tier. The Company shall further inform the Member about such services limitations.
    • In the case that your corporate card is damaged, the Company reserves the right to charge 100 baht fee for issuing a new corporate card.
    • The Company reserves the right not to accept any payment from a corporate card as detailed in Clause 12.
    • In the case that you forget your username or password of your corporate account or any enquiries about the use of I AM B2 Corporate, please contact I AM B2 Customer Service.
    • The Company reserves the right to charge 100 baht fee for issuing an additional new corporate card. The fee may be changed at the sloe direction of the Company.
    • The Company reserves the right shall not refund the Stored Value remains on I AM B2 Corporate accounts.
    • Terms and Condition may be change from time to time
    • In order to be able to make payment on Qualified Goods and Services by using the I AM B2 payment system or in the case of Stored Value is in sufficient for payment, the Member shall add the Stored Value to your corporate account by presenting cash of other accepted payment to an Authorized Top-up Service Provider or by such other means as determined and announced by the Company from time to time. Authorized Top-up Service Providers will only offer to add value to the corporate account no less that Initial Stored Value determined at the sloe direction of the Company.
    • The Company reserves the right to not refund the Stored Value to the Member in any cases.
  • Restricted by Law
    This Program or participation therein is not valid and/or the awarding of I AM B2 Reward Points or credits and/or the granting of rewards is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Communications
    • Each quarter, the Company will send you your Reward Points balance via e-mail.
    • The Company may also send you promotions, offers and other communications from time to time, which may include items from third parties. The items we send may be targeted to you based on the information you have provided to us and additional data we maintain.
    • All Program communications will be sent to you at the mailing address and/or e-mail address which you provide on your application form.
    • Communications will be deemed to have been received by you if sent to that address, 1 business day after sending if we sent it to the e-mail address provided and 5 business days after sending if we sent it to the mailing address provided. You are responsible for keeping your address current.
    • You can view your Reward Points balance and transaction history, update your personal details, and change your communications preferences at any time at www.iamb2.com. Or you may contact I AM B2 Customer Service. If you telephone a Customer Contact Centre, for security reasons the Company may ask you for your date of birth and/or other information to verify your identity. The Company may monitor telephone calls to improve the quality of service.
  • Statements, Errors and Retroactive Claims
    • The Company may at any time correct the amount of I AM B2 Reward Points shown as credited to Member, without notice.
    • Click here if you are not properly credited for a I AM B2 stay.
    • If the Company improperly deny a Reward Point accrual or a membership benefit, our liability is limited to the proper posting of I AM B2 Reward Points to Member’s account.
  • Supplier Terms and Conditions
    Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. Member agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Member understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
  • Program Interpretation
    Interpretations of The Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.   • Thai Version Prevails
    The Company has provided an English language translation of the Program Terms and Conditions for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.
  • Government Law
    The Program Terms and Conditions of Issue shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Thailand.
